Refund Policy

Jaye Vocalz™ LLC Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 4th 2026

 

At Jaye Vocalz™ LLC, we are committed to providing premium services including vocal coaching, songwriting, vocal production, and live performance bookings. Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking any services.

 

1. Vocal Coaching Services

 

Pay-Per-Session ($125):

 

  • Single sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Elite Vocal Coaching Program ($297/month):

 

  • Monthly subscription for 3 months.

  • Payments are processed at the start of each month.

  • Missed sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice; otherwise, they are forfeited.

  • Early cancellation requires written notice. Remaining sessions are non-refundable, though pro-rated credits may be considered at the discretion of Jaye Vocalz™ LLC.

2. Vocal Production & Songwriting Services

 

  • All payments are non-refundable once production or songwriting work begins.

  • Any requested revisions or edits must comply with the agreed-upon project scope.

  • Refunds may be considered only if services were not delivered as outlined in the service agreement.

 

3. Live Performance Bookings

 

  • Booking fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled performance.

  • If Jaye Vocalz™ LLC cancels a performance, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

 

4. Exceptions

 

  • Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Jaye Vocalz™ LLC, such as medical emergencies or technical issues preventing service delivery.

 

5. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

  • Include: your name, booked service, date, and reason for request.

  • Response time: within 48 hours.

 

6. Agreement

 

  • By purchasing or booking any service with Jaye Vocalz™ LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
