Booking Policy
Jaye Vocalz™ LLC BOOKING POLICY This Booking Policy applies to all services offered by Jaye Vocalz™ LLC, including vocal coaching, songwriting services, vocal backgrounds, harmonies, vocal arrangements, and live performance bookings. By booking a service through Jaye Vocalz™ LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to the policies outlined below, as well as the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy available on the Jaye Vocalz™ LLC website. 1. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once the client has completed the booking process and payment has been successfully received through the official booking platform or approved payment method. 2. Session Duration Standard vocal coaching sessions are scheduled for approximately sixty (60) minutes unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. 3. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure the appointment time. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, or other approved online payment platforms. 4. Rescheduling Clients who need to reschedule a session must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the scheduled session time. Sessions may be rescheduled based on availability. 5. Late Arrivals If a client arrives late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other bookings. The full session fee remains applicable. 6. Missed Sessions Sessions missed without prior notice may be considered forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. 7. Service Preparation Clients are encouraged to arrive prepared for their session. Preparation may include reviewing previous notes, practicing assigned exercises, or bringing material they wish to work on during the session. 8. Policy Agreement By booking any service through Jaye Vocalz™ LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with this Booking Policy and all related policies established by Jaye Vocalz™ LLC.
